Terms of service
Last updated: 08/10/2026
This is an English translation for information only. The Spanish version is the one that applies.
1. Who provides the service
Unai España Tejero (Bildeit), tax ID 47742127S, Calle Sant Salvador 13, 08191 Rubí (Barcelona), Spain. Email: hola@bildeit.com. Full details are in the legal notice.
Law: article 10.1 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI).
2. Who it is for
Bildeit is a service for businesses and professionals: building companies, renovation companies and their teams. When you create the account you declare that you use it for your business or professional activity. That is why the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
3. How you sign up
- You book a demo and we show you the product with your jobs.
- We set you up: you create your login with your email, accept these terms and the data processing agreement ([PENDING: data processing agreement]), and you are informed of the privacy policy.
- You add your company with its tax ID and the province of its tax address.
Before confirming you can review and correct your details at each step. These terms can be read, downloaded and printed from this page at any time. The contract is made in Spanish; the English translation is for information only. [PENDING: keep the version each client accepts and how it can be requested]
Laws: articles 23 and 27 of the LSSI (electronic contracts and prior information) and Law 7/1998 on general contract terms.
4. What it includes
The features of each plan are those shown in the pricing section when you sign up. We only advertise as available what works with real data; what is not there yet, the website says so. Bildeit calculates VAT for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: it does not cover the Canary Islands (IGIC), Ceuta and Melilla (IPSI) or the Basque Country and Navarre (regional tax authorities and TicketBAI). When you add the company we ask for the province of the tax address and warn you if it is not covered.
The panel demo uses a company with made-up data, marked «Sample data». Whatever you do in it is deleted after 24 hours.
Law: article 3 of Law 37/1992 on VAT (the tax does not apply in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
5. Price and renewal
- Launch prices, per month and before VAT, as shown in the pricing section. They may change. VAT is added on the invoice.
- Billing is not switched on today. Before charging you anything we will show you the price and the payment terms, and you will have to accept them.
- If we change the price of a plan you already pay for, we email you at least 30 days in advance and the change applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
Law: article 10.1.f of the LSSI (price information).
6. Tax: what Bildeit does and what you do
- Bildeit works out the VAT rate, the reverse charge and withholdings using the rules it cites, and prepares drafts of your record books and forms. It does not file anything with the Tax Agency on your behalf: you or your accountant review them before filing.
- If a piece of information needed to decide the VAT rate is missing, the software does not guess: it leaves it empty and does not let you issue the invoice.
- You are responsible for the details of your company, clients and jobs being correct.
- Verifactu: today Bildeit generates the record for each invoice, with its hash and QR, but does not send it to the Tax Agency. The obligation to invoice and to comply with Verifactu remains yours as the issuer of the invoices. If a third party sends it on your behalf, you may need to grant them representation.
Laws: Royal Decree 1619/2012 on invoicing and Royal Decree 1007/2023 on invoicing software.
7. Your data
- Your data is yours. Today you can download the record books as CSV and Excel and each budget as Excel.
- Bildeit processes the personal data you enter as a processor, under the privacy policy and the processing agreement.
- An issued invoice cannot be deleted or changed: only corrected or cancelled, as invoicing rules require.
Laws: article 28 of the GDPR and article 33 of the LOPDGDD (processor).
8. Moving to another provider
You can take your data to another service whenever you want. Email us and we will help you export everything in open formats (CSV, Excel and PDF). Changing provider costs nothing. Afterwards we delete your data as the privacy policy says, except what the law requires us to keep.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep Bildeit always available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: there may be maintenance or provider outages. Support by email at soporte@bildeit.com, in Spanish.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use Bildeit for anything illegal, try to access other companies' data, deliberately overload the service or resell access. If you do, we may suspend the account after warning you, except in serious cases. Suspending does not delete anything: your data is kept.
Law: article 8.1 of the LSSI.
11. Liability
- Bildeit is a calculation and organisation tool, not a tax adviser. We take every care that the calculations are correct and checked against the law cited, but we are not responsible for the decisions you make or for what you file without reviewing.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months. This limit does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or in other cases where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
Law: Law 7/1998 on general contract terms (clauses must be clear and not unfair).
12. Changes to the terms
If we change these terms in a relevant way, we email you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they apply.
13. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
Law: article 2 of the LSSI (providers established in Spain).
