This is an English translation for information only. The Spanish version is the one that applies.

1. Who is behind Bildeit

This website and the Bildeit service belong to an individual who works as a self-employed professional (autónomo).

The owner is not registered in the Commercial Register, because this is an individual, not a company. The owner does not practise a regulated profession, and the activity does not need prior administrative authorisation.

Law: article 10.1 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and e-commerce (LSSI): name, address, email and tax ID, with permanent, easy, direct and free access. Letters b), c) and d) of that article (commercial register, prior authorisation and regulated profession) do not apply.

2. What Bildeit is

Bildeit is subscription software for building and renovation companies. It handles their jobs, budgets, progress certificates, invoices, payments and retentions, and prepares their VAT record books and their forms 303 and 111.

Bildeit is not an accounting firm or a tax adviser and does not file anything with the Spanish Tax Agency. It calculates VAT for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands; it does not yet cover the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Basque Country or Navarre. The terms of the service are in the terms.

3. Prices

Plan prices are in the pricing section. They are launch prices and may change. Published prices do not include VAT. There are no shipping costs: Bildeit does not send anything physical. Billing is not switched on today: nobody is charged without first seeing and accepting the price.

Law: article 10.1.f of the LSSI, which requires stating whether prices include taxes and, where relevant, shipping costs.

4. Intellectual property

The software, texts, design, logo and the name Bildeit belong to the owner or are used with their authors' permission. They may not be copied, modified or distributed without written permission, except as the law allows. The Geist and Geist Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License, which comes with the font files.

The data you put into Bildeit is yours. Bildeit only uses it to provide the service, as the privacy policy explains.

5. Liability

The information on this website is general: it explains the product and is not tax or legal advice. The tax rules mentioned cite their official source; for a specific case, check that source or ask your accountant.

This website links to third-party pages, such as the BOE (Spain's Official Gazette), the INE or the Tax Agency. The owner does not control those pages and is not responsible for what they publish.

Bildeit prepares the record books and forms; it does not file them. Its calculations are checked against the law cited in each case, but they have not been reviewed by a chartered tax adviser. Before filing a form, you or your accountant review it.

About Verifactu: the Spanish Tax Agency does not certify invoicing software; the manufacturer signs a statement of compliance. Bildeit's is a draft, and today Bildeit does not send any record to the Tax Agency.

6. Applicable law

This legal notice and the use of this website are governed by Spanish law. The terms of the service, including the competent courts, are in the terms.
